The principals of the firm, George Dury and Steve Wolkoff have combined over 50 years of commercial real estate experience.  When Steve Wolkoff joined the company in 1991 he brought with him over twenty years of landlord and developer representation including such high profile office projects as Keystone at the Crossing, Market Tower, One North Capitol and the Bank One Center.  Together the two licensed real estate brokers have represented over 750 local companies and firms in a variety of commercial real estate challenges, transactions and projects over the last 22 years.
