About Dury Investment Group Dury Investment Group was founded in 1987 by George Dury. The goals, objectives and principals of the commercial real estate company have never changed. Simply stated, Dury Investment Group is a committed and dedicated to providing strong advocacy, and the most comprehensive and competent representation to each client regardless of the size or complexity of their needs. Dury Investment Group provides expertise in the areas of office, retail and industrial leasing and sales, "build-to-suit" projects, property management, owner's representation and general real estate consulting. In 1991, Mr. Dury and veteran local real estate professional Steve Wolkoff became partners. Mr. Wolkoff brought with him over twenty years of landlord and developer representation experience to Dury Investment Group. Together the two licensed real estate brokers have represented over 500 local companies and firms in a variety of commercial real estate challenges, transactions and projects spanning the last 15 years.
